Our founder, Carlos Barquin, is an Emmy Award–winning producer and Director of Photography with more than 30 years of experience in television broadcasting and content creation.

Carlos began his career at WSVN Channel 7 in Miami as a news editor, sharpening his eye for storytelling and precision under tight deadlines. He then joined Univision Channel 23, where he worked as a news photojournalist and special projects producer, covering stories that shaped the community. His career continued at Telemundo Network (NBC), where he became Chief Photographer and Producer for the national morning show, leading a team on assignments that spanned the globe — from the Olympic Games to presidential interviews and world news events.

Today, Carlos brings that same expertise and creative vision to Barquin Creative Group, a Miami-based production company specializing in corporate video, branded content, and storytelling for businesses and organizations. We partner with medium to large companies, nonprofits, and brands to produce content that is cinematic, strategic, and impactful.
